Introducing Laura Cantrell, a licensed real estate expert with a track record dating back to 1985. With over 35 years of experience in the Washington and Alaska real estate markets, Laura has shown skills in sales, leasing, and property management for both commercial and residential properties. She also has experience in managing both Residential and Commercial Associations.

Laura is a talented real estate broker who operates out of Alaska, as well as maintains offices in California and Texas. She is a respected professional, having earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Laura has a proven track record of excellence in property management, maintenance operations, standard of care, risk management, design consulting, and construction to name a few.

Laura has been able to retain clients for decades due to her persistent dedication and unwavering commitment to professionalism. She was honored to receive the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) of the Year Award for two consecutive years (2005 and 2006) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) Alaska Chapter, for her exceptional service to the Property Management profession.

For two decades, she has held several State and National Officer positions with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), serving as the Regional Vice President, Governing Councilor, Student & Academic Outreach Advisory Board, Alaska Chapter President, and President-Elect. She was also an approved State of Alaska Real Estate Commission instructor, which adds to her impressive portfolio.

She is an accomplished professional in real estate brokerage and holds various education certifications and memberships in respected organizations, including the National, State, and Local Association of Realtors, as well as the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), Building and Owners Association (BOMA®), and Community Association Institute (CAI®).

During her 9 years in Washington state, Laura had the opportunity to work with several national brokerage firms, including Prudential Real Estate, Windermere Real Estate, and Re/Max. Laura completed real estate education certification programs, including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) and Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI®).

Laura holds the esteemed position of one of the initial three Advisory Members on the Board of Weidner Property Management & Real Estate at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA). She has been a guiding force and a source of encouragement for the UAA Internship program, which has now gained recognition at a national level. Laura remains committed to her role as a mentor and supporter of the program.
